As part of the international and interdisciplinary workshop of the EU project T.A.B., an international workshop to expand knowledge in the fields of illustration, music, audiovisual arts and film took place on the Bastige Rouge campus from 6 to 8 March 2024.
Around 40 participants from Denmark, Germany, France, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden took part in the two-day design sprint and have already developed concrete prototypes. A follow-up event is planned for the spring in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Wismar University of Applied Sciences took part in this workshop with Dr Gerlitz from the European Project Center as project partner and head of work package 2 "Citizens' dialogue in the spirit of the European Green Deal". New opportunities for cooperation with the Campus Bastide Rouge and the Excellence University Cote D'azur in Nice were discussed in order to initiate new projects and follow-up projects as part of the EU research programme "Horizon".

In addition to working contacts, there was also plenty of opportunity to exchange ideas with other creative professionals. For example, Dr Gerlitz made the acquaintance of the singer of the Lithuanian band "The Roop". The band took first place in the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest final.
