A total of four pupil groups from Wismar, Schwerin, Lübeck and Neubrandenburg took part in the hybrid workshop format “12th School Project: Advanced Course in Business Informatics” organised by the Faculty of Business Studies – with two groups attending on site and two joining remotely.

The event began with an introduction to the university by Rüdiger Steffan and a student-led insight by Ms Groß, followed by a subject overview of business informatics.

The official kick-off of the ideas competition challenged participants to link web programming and databases with the theme of sustainability.

In a workshop led by Sina Domscheit, participants were introduced to key concepts of design thinking and pitching. The day concluded with lunch at the campus canteen and a guided tour of the university grounds.
