The full-day excursion took the group by bus from Wismar to Hamburg and back.
During a factory tour, the students gained detailed insights into the production of fuselage components for the A320, A330 and A350 aircraft types, as well as the final assembly of the A320. Particular attention was paid to the company's production processes and quality assurance philosophy.
The participants took the opportunity to ask numerous questions. The excursion concluded with a summary film and the take-off of an Airbus Beluga, which provided an impressive finale.
