This interactive course book is the tangible outcome of the Erasmus+ capacity-building project, 'EUComplianceM4UA: Implementing the European Approach to Compliance Management in Higher Education in Ukraine'.
Designed specifically to enhance students' skills, abilities and employability, it optimises the educational ecosystem for Master's students in line with the challenges faced by the EU and Ukraine in the field of compliance management. It provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical insights, including real-life case studies, exercises, and multimedia content.
The Erasmus+ project is led and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Ali Arnaout and Dr. Anna Fomenko from Wismar University of Applied Sciences.
The course book is already being used in the English-language Master's programme 'International Management' at Wismar Business School, particularly in the 'Business Ethics and Compliance Management' module.
Feedback from students has been consistently positive so far. The numerous practical insights serve to better illustrate the content of the seminars.
