Leadership Values Project

Prof. Dr. Andreas von Schubert

What defines effective leadership? What do employees expect from their leaders and from the organization as a whole? What truly matters to them?

The “Leadership Values” project aims to categorize and systematize leadership values drawn from a broad range of conceptual traditions. It seeks to identify both distinctions and commonalities between groups yet to be defined. The starting point is a diverse, currently unsorted collection of terms provided by an industry partner.

Research Objective

Which values are mentioned most frequently by employees and leaders? Why these values? Are there relevant differences? And if so, based on what criteria?
