Dr Anna Fomenko, research assistant at Wismar Business School at Wismar University of Applied Sciences, was invited to the THEA Ukraine X Kick Off Workshop as a special guest. The workshop took place as part of the DAAD-Ukraine project "Multiplication Training for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine". Dr Fomenko's main task was to present HSW projects and programmes to support students and academics from Ukraine.
The conference programme was very rich. The participants gained new theoretical and practical experience in conducting trainings by experienced experts in this field. The aim of the workshop was to prepare multiplier trainings on the following topics:
- Internationalisation of higher education
- Instruments of quality assurance
- digitalisation
- Measures to support international partnerships and networks
