TEST-4 SMES project kicked-off in Tartu, Estonia

During the Kick-off Meeting partners laid down and confirmed structures for the project implementation for the enxt 36 months.

The meeting tool place at Tartu Observatory, Estonia. The project started on 1st October 2017. The Lead Partner is Tartu Observatory.

EPC and Wismar University of Applied Sciences is responsible as WP5 leader – Long-term network sustainability actions.
