The fourth Minibook goes in deep in the analysis of RIS 3 monitoring approaches and procedures in partner countries. Since the main purpose of the project is to increase the efficiency of Regional Observatories (ROs) and to equip them with tools needed to generate products (and services) corresponding to the real needs of end-users, partners decided to analyse accurately the way the implementation process of RIS 3 is monitored and evaluated.
this Minibook deals with the procedures and tools used to collect data on RIS 3 implementation and links the data collection activity to the tools developed by SMART_watch, namely the Common set of indicators and the Benchmarking tool.
