Dr. Gerlitz took place in the Official Ceremony of 100 Years Anniversary of the Tallinn University of Technology on the 17th September in Tallinn, Estonia, where she was handed over the PhD Certificate in the Official Promotion Ceremony of the Doctoral Graduates. Dr. Laima Gerlitz defended her PhD Thesis titled "Design Management as A Driver for Innovation in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises" on the 31st May 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia. Her supervisor is Prof. Dr. Gunnar Prause.
